WHO BENEFITS FROM THIS PROGRAMME?
The Smart Textiles European Masterclass is suitable for a wide range of professionals in the European textiles sector: from business developers to R&D professionals, from textile engineers to reasearchers.
Each professional will find suitable the whole programme or a part of it, exploiting at its best the possibilty to enrol multiple staff members per organisation with one single fee.
The programme offers professionals who want to tap the potential of smart textiles the chance to plan for the design and production of a smart textile application
IS THE PROGRAMME IN PERSON OR ONLINE?
The Smart Textiles European Masterclass will be mainly held online. The final event in June 2022, though, is planned to be held in presence.
WHAT DOES THE FEE COVER?
The fee covers the costs of attendance of all 12 webinars and discounted participation in the final event for all registered experts of the same subscriber organisation. It also includes access to all course materials for the entire duration of the programme.
The subscription fee is a single fee per company/organisation and allows multiple staff members per organisation to participate. Therefore, different professionals from the same organisation can enroll and participate in either all or some of the webinars that are relevant to their areas of interest.
For example, R&D professionals are involved in the whole programme, while business managers join their colleagues only when the programme dives into business models, target markets, and stakeholders. That way, all professionals can work together to approach the design, production, and market phases.
CAN THE FEE BE PAID IN DIFFERENT INSTALMENTS?
Yes. To allow subscribers to spread the cost over two fiscal years, the fee can be split into two installments: the first one being invoiced before the beginning of the programme, in April 2021, the second in January 2022. Opting for the split invoicing option has an additional administrative cost of 50€. However, a subscription always covers the full programme period, which means the 2nd installment remains due to whether a subscriber decides to attend the full course cycle or not.
HOW MANY STAFF MEMBERS PER ORGANISATION CAN ENROL?
Each organisation pays one single subscription fee. The subscription fee allows multiple staff members to enroll, attend the webinars, collaborate with peers, and access the material. This decision is rooted in the very soul of Textile ETP as a community organisation: we work to connect textile professionals and enable collaboration, exchange, and partnerships to support innovation in the sector in Europe.
HOW MUCH DOES THE PROGRAMME COST?
The full subscription fee is 1,850€. There are permanent discounts for Textile ETP Members explained below.

How to split the payment in installments?
WHEN WILL THE FIRST WEBINAR TAKE PLACE?
The date of the opening webinar will be announced with the confirmation message issued to all subscribers in mid-March. The first webinar is expected to take place between 15 - 23 April 2021.
WHAT IS THE NORMAL TIMING AND LENGTH OF A WEBINAR?
Each webinar is expected to last between 2.30 to 3.00 hours and will likely take place in the afternoon between 14.30 and 17.30 CET, although the exact timing can be adjusted to the preferences expressed by the subscribers.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SUBSCRIBE AFTER THE START OF THE PROGRAMME?
Yes, it is foreseen to keep subscriptions open during the entire programme period. However, depending on the number of subscriber organisations, the Masterclass organiser reserves its right to close the programme for subscription at any moment to guarantee a smooth organisation of the webinars and ensure a good level of interaction between the programme participants. Late subscribers will receive full access to all materials including video recordings of past webinars. Late subscribers will have to pay the full programme fee of 1,850 €.
