TRICK partners meet in Norway for GA

On 27 and 28 June, Textile ETP attended TRICK GA, which took place in Trondheim, Norway, and was hosted by Sintef, TRICK partner and one of Europe's largest independent research organisations.

Taking place in Trondheim, Norway, and hosted by Sintef, the latest General Assembly of the TRICK project brought together partners to discuss work progress, address challenges, and prepare for the upcoming EC review meeting scheduled for November. The meeting proved to be a vital platform for project planning, fostering collaboration, and ensuring progress towards the project's overall objective which is to develop practical and SME-accessible digital solutions for textile supply chain traceability and transparency.

Technical development work focusses on finalising test-ready solutions for the underlying blockchain enabled traceability platform and the 6 TRICK services built on it: Preferential Certificate of Origin, Circularity Assessment, Product Environmental Footprint, Health Protection Compliance, Social and Ethical Assessment and AI-based Anticounterfeiting

Various dissemination actions are foreseen in the autumn including the organisation of workshop session at the ECOSYSTEX Conference in Barcelona in October and a presence at the ECOMONDO fair in Rimini in November.
