The CITE project kicks off with Textile ETP as consortium partner

On 29 and 30 September, the Textile ETP attended the CITE kick off meeting. This project is funded under the EIT Manufacturing's initiative to boost circular economy innovations in textiles in entrepreneurship university programmes.

Led by RWTH Aachen University and including the Textile ETP, HOGENT, Saxion, Vilniaus Kolegija/University of Applied Sciences and Istanbul University, the consortium discussed the objectives of the projects and how to address them in order to develop a strategy with upcoming steps.

On 29 September, the partners had the opportunity to visit ITA RWH Aachen's facilities, where the latest developments in textiles and circulation were presented. On the next day, in accordance with the project's focus on entrepreneurship, startups, and students, a tour of the Aachen Collective Incubator was organized.
