Textile ETP at the Strentex Project's final event

On 2 October, Textile ETP Project Manager Judith Bosch attended the Strentex Project’s final event in Novi Sad, Serbia.

Last week, our SmartX manager attended and moderated a panel at the Strentex Project’s final event, hosted by the University of Novi Sad, one of our valued SmartX members. The conference brought together experts to share the latest breakthroughs in smart materials, stretchable circuits, wearable bioelectronics, and flexible heaters.

It was exciting to see advancements like carbon-based sensors and biofuel cells that could transform areas like medical diagnostics and body monitoring. The event also reinforced how important cross-sector collaborations are in driving progress in textile electronics. During the panel discussion, our manager highlighted how partnerships between innovation hubs, startups, and research institutions can fuel the next big innovations in e-textiles.

We’re looking forward to exploring new partnerships and project proposals to help bring these technologies to market and shape the future of smart textiles.
