On 17-19 October 2023, the TRICK project met in Barcelona, Spain for a General Assembly and workshop at the ECOSYSTEX Conference.

On 11 October, Textile ETP Secretary General Lutz Walter was invited to speak at the 2023 event of SDA Bocconi's Monitor for Circular Fashion in Milan, Italy. In the session 'Winning the Battle for Waste Resources,' he highlighted critical issues within the European textile industry and the urgent need for circular fashion initiatives.

On 10 October, Textile ETP attended the fourth edition of Refashion Day in Paris. During this gathering of sustainability enthusiasts, including Tilla Kross, Sustainability Programmes Assistant at Textile ETP, key insights were shared, focusing on critical areas necessary for fostering a transition towards sustainability within the fashion industry.

CISUTAC partners gathered at the General Assembly to share among the consortium the latest updates about the project. The meeting delved into various work packages aimed at increasing circularity and sustainability in textiles and clothing in Europe.

On 13-15 September, Textile ETP Secretary General Lutz Walter participated in the 62nd Global Fibre Congress in Dornbirn, Austria.

On 7 September, Textile ETP had the privilege of attending Resortecs' event in Brussels, titled "From Waste to Profit - Unlocking Industrial-scale Textile Recycling in the EU." The gathering brought together over a hundred textile professionals from various corners of Europe, to explore the transformative potential of textile recycling on an industrial scale.
